Processing

We process orders on business days (Monday to Friday, excluding U.S. holidays). You will get an email with tracking information when your order ships.

Shipping rates and delivery

Shipping options, rates, and estimated delivery times for your address are shown at checkout before you pay. Delivery times depend on the item and your location.

Bulk and repeat orders

For large or recurring orders, email us for a custom quote that includes shipping.

Lost or damaged packages

If your package arrives damaged or does not arrive, email us with your order number and we will help you with the carrier.
